If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied and have completed less than 25% of the training, simply let us know, and we will promptly issue a full refund. Please note that this refund will be less any third-party credit card or payment processing fees we incurred, or installment payments we did not receive as part of your purchase, such as AfterPay or credit card processing fees.
We believe that a 14-day period, with the option to consume up to 25% of the content, offers ample time for you to review and evaluate the training. This allows you to confidently make an informed decision about whether to continue with your purchase.
Our money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms. In order to qualify for a refund you must submit your request to cancel your membership and receive a full refund in writing via email to our support team at [email protected]. Your request must be received by our support team by the 14th day at 11:59PM EST. We will NOT provide refunds for any request that we receive more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the training program you purchased, regardless of whether you complete the program.
If your request for a refund is received within the 14-day refund period and upon determining that you have not consumed more than 25% of the content and are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, we will promptly issue an instruction to our payment processor to issue the refund. We do not control the payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, the refund shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and our Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, access credentials to protected membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources. Continued use of these materials after receiving a refund will be deemed digital theft, which is a criminal offense and punishable by law.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days, you are required by law to continue making payments as agreed until the total balance of your payment plan is paid in full.
All refunds are discretionary, as determined by RealEstateAuctioneerSchool.com. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the 14th day from your date of purchase, and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
Sharing your password and/or login credentials to allow non-paying members or others to access the protected members-only area of this website is strictly prohibited. By using this site, you agree not to share your password and/or login details with anyone. Our system tracks login IP addresses, and if it recognizes any abuse, it will automatically deactivate your account. Your membership will also be terminated automatically, and you will forfeit your lifetime access. If this occurs, you will not be entitled to a refund.
